I've been working on adding in translation for this as well, mostly have it done, but it's buggy due to MTL. On a non-translation note, I decensored all of the H scene CG in the VN.
Some thumbnail examples -
Used a combination of AI assistance and Photoshop editing to get the results. As such, it isn't perfect, and some images may have slight irregularities or deformities (ex. the genitals look a bit different in separate scenes). If anyone is interested in having an unofficial de-censor patch, lemme know.

This thread goal is just for a translator to pick it up and work on a TL patch (free or paywalled it's another matter).
Dead or alive it's irrelevant.
Besides there are hundreds or even thousand of other threads in this state

All that's changed is the scenario images in the data package were replaced with the AI decensored ones. Just copy and paste into the main game folder and replace your data.xp3 file with this one. Would advise making a backup of the original file just in case you encounter issues though.
Just be forewarned, there may be some artifacts or blur to some of the decensored parts of the images if you look more closely. Was one of the first AI decensor projects I did, so wasn't always the cleanest edits.
I think I've reached 100% cg, but I never saw this scene (without rubber) and the kiss in the latter scene. Any idea why?
