I did the leg work to determine that the virus flag is a false positive. I downloaded the uncensored version you uploaded (kudos for the good file host) and tested it with the game downloaded from Ryuugames.
It works! It works! Gloriously uncensored, it works!

What worked for me was copying the two patch files into the game's root directory -- which, if you're using the RAW from Ryuugames, is actually the folder named ijiboku found in the folder with install.exe, startup.exe, etc.
gosh i was using exagear to play but the english doesn't work both standard and uncensored i put the patch in ijiboku folder and open it doesn't work i try to install with the patch still doesn't work
