In my personal opinion, this game is a rare gem in the transgender genre. At the beginning of the game, the male protagonist (Rui Kururu) is transformed into a girl, then Rui Kururu can switch between male and female, able to turn human enemies and some NPCs into women. Switching between boys and girls affects the gameplay, storyline, and reactions of some NPCs, which is quite fun.
