Unfortunately, if you wish for HD CGs of EV09, then it doesn't exist.

TH didn't release HD CGs on fantia until he made EV21 (Arika's first maid scene), so 12 of these events weren't released as CGs, only videos. (EV01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 12, 13 & 14), although 3 of them are just kissing scenes/events.
The ones released on fantia, can be found here, and that's all you can find in GOOD quality.

That being said, it's not hopeless.
When 1.1 and 1.12 were released, so were the the CGs that came with it.
These found here are the best CGs you can get of those events, that you can't get on fantia, so they are not as big as the ones from fantia.
On the other hand, there are some scenes in there, that AREN'T released on fantia, despite the event's CGs are available, meaning there are a few extras to be found, if one keeps a good eye out.

you seem well imformed, do you mind if I ask why did he choose to do that? I much rather prefer to wait for the game release than to watch the scenes. so I am wondering if he even planned to release the game after all.

1st: don't know. On a whim? Suddenly decided to reveal his CG work to the public, after his first 12 events?
2nd: He is getting closer to finish it (in a few years time, i guess), so that is not really a question. Wouldn't make sense to throw it all away after coming this far.
The real question would be, if he will return to continue his Beast Sentai works? He has pretty much at this point ignored his BBC story.

Or we can download it or pay for it in another platform? or just wait until Takeda sensei released it? Takeda maybe wouldn't stream the progress of 3 heroin's ending , if that we can only see the ending until the game be released . But he will still stream the sub event contents .That's all i guess
