I don't mind making subs for EV06, but the resolution of that video leaves a lot to be desired. Surely someone out there can make a better recording than this. I have to zoom in 300% on Aegisub to even have a chance of reading the Japanese dialogue.
Did you grab the 720p version? It's not the highest quality upload I know, but it shouldn't be too bad even compared to the other 1080p uploads. I'm surprised it's that blurry looking in Aegisub since even full screening the preview video on gofile looks clear.
