The author's said he's considering voice acting and he's also reduced the content he's willing to show in each update moving forward, which might include the endings, meaning that we'll only get to see those when the game releases.
The main whole reason is just mean to fapping nothing much. Most of us didnt really care about story nor plot development.

That scene is very similar to that of Yamada Gogogo's Erona Series, especially the end of the first 'book'.
