Check for 'OpenNSFW's Sound Pack' I used some of them (like the cumflation for exemple). Aside from that, I take sound left and right depending of my needs so I don't really have a definitive set of sound.
Is takeda doing other project besides the game or is he focusing only on this one towards completion? Would love some content surrounding Reitama or Manatama, like hentai animation or something

For now, he's focused on the RPG game. He has no plans to do another project for the rest of the year, sometimes due to some unforeseen circumstance of not publishing the game's monthly EV on time. He makes small NTR doujinshi and that's it.
I remember reading somewhere that he's planning to get voice actresses for the game when its nearer to completion

Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but no, there is no more content in the game. There will be no patches or updates until the game is released. Once you finish the trial version, there are only videos.
