Well, there are a few flaws in it, at least for me, and I used to use that website a lot when I first started the whole hentai thing.
You need to put your mouse on the link to see the front/first picture to tell if it is something you like or recognize. Other hentai websites don't do that.
While it depends on the browser one is using, webs like hitomi.la loads more than the current picture (sometimes all at once) so one can skip, read or whatever faster, while E-Hentai needs time to load a new picture like when you enter a new website.
Some webs have now the function where you can two pages at once and read it like it was a book, while E-Hentai still doesn't have one.
Also, for some reason, BBPNTRs CG links are removed from it.

It is a good site, but there are better sites to read hentai.
Of course, it's in the end a matter of opinion.

it baffled me people still don't know about Manga loader script that turned the reader into scroll-to-read mode. Worked on mangadex bato nhentai exhentai since forever. The script is no longer available (mine is still working offline) but you can still find replacement like
