I'm sorry, i know this isn't BBPNTR, or porn/hentai at all, but i can't help but find this story (an upcoming mobile game called 'Fire Emblem Shadows') a bit similar to BBPNTR, not to mention my What If.
Heck, even the MC is called Kurt (just ignore the 'heir' part)
If there ever will be a sequel, or a spin-off, it might turn out something like this, but more slutty and perverted of course.
