Okay... Here is what i could tell from the 'flashback room' video:

The Cat, that lets you unlock everything, has been replaced with a Blue Fireball.
On the top left, you can view the Standing Sprites in the gallery now, with both their outfits and face expressions (as well as Arika's clit).
The Crystals for each events on the bottom, have been replaced with the girls in the outfits they wore durring the event, making it easier to find the events.
The event numbers have changed, such as EV21 & EV35 is now called 'Arika07 & ArikaEV12', based on each girls' path, and not the order of the storyline.
The 'Harem Events' are now called 'All Heroines EV??' and will be to the right, where you entered the room. (It has a plant monster and a goblin, you can't miss it)
On the top right corner, judging by Arika's wedding dress, the Ending Events are likely to be placed there.
The third rows on the buttom, meant for each girl, are likely the sub-events, so that part hasn't changed.

Hope some of the sub events, or these harem ones to be an orgy... he mentioned another couple of months until the voice actors are availeable after the game is finished so surely more content to be added to the game

Latest stream was great. Takeda made a lot of progress on Rietta's scenes and they all look insanely good.

Yes, it was this! I think I remember someone mentioning that Terena could be involved in Rietta's ending, so maybe he'll incorporate it.

- was busy with work this month so not much progress on Rietta ending event
- next month he will be busy as well so probably will upload the CG, then the video on 2026 January
- next year once he's finishing with Rietta ending, he'll make script -> request voice actors, but they might be busy so expect another 3-month gap at least
- he'll make sub events and also reveal detail of other works during that period
