I don't think it's for uncensoring porn but for trafficking with it,because there are uncensored AV and hentai. There was a case of a guy who sold AV to minors to pretending to be AV = Animal Videos

The thing about uncensoring porn is something that you cannot do without permission in Japan, so they probably added the aggravating factor, but Japanese laws do not apply to people who do not live in Japan. If hypothetically there were a complaint, it would enter the law of your country and if that law does not exist, it cannot judge you

I think you are mixing things up. Japan games can be released uncensored but only if they're published by a western company. That's a fact. The thing is, that 90% of the stuff published in japan never gets localized, so it will forever remain censored unless people manually do it. That's the problem. The problem is that everything produced in Japan will always be censored, you need to be lucky and like stuff that gets picked up by western companies, since they're allowed to release it uncensored overseas.

yes, takeda occasionally gets a warning whenever he forgets to add censors while he livestreams on pixiv. It happens to him all the time.

That's a bug. Those maps are events that haven't been added to the game yet.

It’s crazy how much special effort he’s putting into this Arika scene. The Terena one was good too, but I think she had about 4 different animations/poses total across Part 1 and Part 2? Arika already has 3 in Part 1, and we’ve already seen another 3 already in the Part 2 previews just on stream. The idea for the scene was already hot, but it’s going to be one of the best in the game for sure.
