I want to point out a few things people missed with Arika corruption ark or probably lost in translation.
Unlike the other girls, Arika signed "magical contracts" with the Lord.
Unbeknown to her, Lord-sama is actually the Demon Lord.
So she was signing "magic obligatory contracts" with arch demon, at first minor ones but as the game progress they getting more and more binding. and they keep piling up one on top of another.
Thus, she is under compulsory spell that affects her through magic pact that she signed willingly with the demon, and which cannot be dispelled.
She also received two body modification:
Lewd mark and Clit dick
With clit dick every time she cum she lose her essence\magic.
She also under Orgasm denial conditioning, as only Lords magic\essence can unlock her clit dick and allow her to cum with it.
(Guru eligible too as he is the head of the demon worshiping cult)
To sum it up:

As Arikas' route has the Lord take multiple steps to make Arika fall (while the other two fell easier), it is hard to put it in a few words, so it is apreciated that you explained Arikas' situation.
I knew most of what you told, of course, but the 'semen/magic leeks' part is something I must have missed myself, as it doesn't show up so often, not to mention that she cums A LOT of semen (more than Kurt would have done, even if we gave him a lifetime to do so), so it makes me wonder when she will run out, or if the Lord will 'refill' it in the future so it isn't connected to her essence/magic.

Not trying to be a stickler, but when it comes to Amor's title, 教祖 (Kyōso), the proper translation is "the founder of a religious sect". In other words, the Founder of the Pinis religion. Google Translate usually translates this as "Guru", however we should hesitate to use this, along with the title "Pope", as they would imply that he is a Hindu or Catholic leader.
Admittedly, "Founder" might not sound as good in English, but it makes more sense as he is the one who started the Pinis religion.
