Well, if I remember correctly or if im not wrong, there could be 2 possible ways that Arika gets DPed:
1. During Arikas fall event the king(boner/demon lord) said to arika that he will put her in some kind of ritual in the penis church to make her "the same as them" so since its a church related event arika could make something with more than 1 men like Rietta, or maybe its a event with both Rietta and Arika (sorry if bad quality)
2. Since the game will have multiple endings, theres one ending where if im not wrong...all the girls join the penis church and become whores for the whole town, so all the girls including Arika would do things with a lot of men, including DP.
But wether if any of this happens or not depends on Takeda, remember that he is sometimes unpredictable with his decisions and he could make some changes.
Yeah, it might be possible that Takeda took inspiration from Samurais work.
The way Takeda draws the lips during those kissing scenes (both in the game and his mangas) looks very similar if not identical with the way Samurai draws them in the same kissing scenes.
Could you guys recommend some other games like inspired in takeda ntr corruption style? Or maybe similar i have been searching in the site but i don't find anything good as this peak honestly

The good one with the star wars prologue ending and no cg
A middle end, if the pray system works like some kind of purification and if takeda make it useful applied, maybe saving one of the girls
The bad end where they go full corrupted and abandoning kurt for the king and the pope and getting pregnant and all that
Also I think of an end where the 3 end up as whores of the city, even meeting a new hero, similar like the first time kurt and the girls arrive at the city when they met other whores like a cycle but I think it will be applied in the bad end
Also remembering the final of maken ki and some of his doujin, I don't think he can make proper endings, imo
