Someone talked about two decisions in the game, is there another choice after the moment when you leave the guild and the game asks you if you're worried about Arika/Rietta, Terena or if you want to check on them?

It's 3 choices, but it's basicly just two, as choosing one of the girls will result you to force choosing the other girl option, as the 'vanilla route' has been erased if you chose one of the girls first.

In a sense, it's like math: both girls events a 1 point each and the vanilla route is worth 2 points, and you have only 2 points to spare.

I think Arika and….Arika, because unlike the other two, she’s not “influenced” in a way that alters her abilities or perception, but rather willfully enters contracts with the lord thinking she could handle everything alone and we know how it went so far….while if She said something to Kurt, even confessing the fact that the lord abused Her, maybe things would have turned out differently

Thanks! So it's indeed like you said in one of your older posts, either you pick the last option and you're heading for the harem ending, or you pick one of the other two and it's the NTR path.

Did Takeda say if there will be any other choice in the final version, or if the "harem route" will also be fleshed out/continued?

Multiple endings were planned for the game.
Whenever he will carry them out though, is another story.

I remember there once being a roadmap posted here that had way more than 2 endings. Has Takeda said something about reducing that?

No, at least as far as I know.

Though, with what I know of Takeda's plans for his game, it's not so much 'multiple' endings as 'each girl gets an ending'. The only meaningful branch being the Far Cry fake-out 'good end'.
