The same difference as in all other videos, with POVs.
In game, Kurt's POV is kinda like a 'part 1', as part two (with the girls' POV) would have you (the player) asked, whenever or not you want to see from someone else's POV, and part two (and sometimes 3) is the girls' POV video, which is the main juicy part.
In short, we follow Kurt's Point Of View first, hearing HIS inner dialogue more (being hopeful at first, until the end, where he pretty much have lost the game and hope), and ends the scene abruptly as he faints, and wakes up when it is over.
The next ones follows Rietta's Point of View, hearing HER inner dialogue (where she finally snaps and admits that she had become a slut to the core, with no brainwashing needed) and since she doesn't faint, we'll see what happens while Kurt was out cold.
It is pretty much the same pattern for all events, starting (mainly) from EV24.

Nah, better than you can find it in dll, it's definitely worth it, in my case I would like it to be more like the typical dolls, where the whole body is made of that soft material.I hope that in the future there will be more versions like the ones I expect or there will be someone else who makes those types of dolls.
