All this point to these three girls being a least a shade more special than the others these men have encountered so far.

Not exactly, during the latest event arika had before this one in progress, the king told arika will have 2 lifes and 2 husbands, and kurt will be the fake one of course since arika will pretend she still loves kurt and that his baby is the one in her belly.
However, the king told her that at some point he will get bored and then will reveal the secret to everyone, arika agreed of course, and she even made some suggestions of what she will do when that happens.
So basically kurt will end up knowing the secret eventually, but its unsure for now if takeda will draw that scene or if the scene will be left to the imagination in the ending.

And I still reached the same conclusion, though the exact object of my confusion became clearer.
well there is a good end, but it ends like a star wars prologue with long text, and then ends, no dialogues, no cg for the moment( it´d be nice at least one cg of the three happy or being pregnant of kurt takeda, even if its ai, at least that will make something worthy to get that ending)

if you actually play the game, after you plays clear all the possible events in the trial (EV32/33/34) it specifically says thank you for playing the trial (which is already more than half of the game) and go to his Fantia if you want to see the progress of the game, hence the later events that are still in drawing and video form instead.
Can anyone provide the link for the stats pages for all the girls, and new arika screenshots please. Thank you in advance
