the majority of events are finished, so why doesn't takeda start the voice recording?


he could very well do it knowing that he won't be dubbing anything himself, it will only be people paid to do the dubbing (or will he use AI?)


as you all know in the world of dubbing it's important to work on lip synchronization


i think takeda won't start dubbing for at least 2 years


Why this date? Because I really think takeda wants to upgrade the different scenes, especially the oldest ones


it would be stupid to do dubbing on a 10 min scene when V2 will make it 15, he would have to pay the voice actor a 2nd time, it doesn't make sense


that's why I seriously think takeda is going to upgrade the vast majority of his scenes and I'm very happy about it


you also have to keep in mind that the wait is a good thing for him, it's literally his livelihood, and the more time he takes + the longer people will stay subscribed to him on his platforms

how can we know if he already commissioned the VAs to do some of the already finished events? And this is a hand drawn game made by one person, not a hentai movie made by a whole studio so why do you think there will be lip sync but not just simple lip movement? I think the game is more like a hobby for him because it would be much profitable if he just release monthly mangas instead of working on a game for many years (and he have to pay for the VAs)
PS: he already drawing on fanbox and has a huge fanbase for many years before he started the project so saying he dragging the game to keep the subscribers like the other milking creators is funny. In case you didn't know, search for Makenki, a two seasoned ecchi anime, guess who is the author of that?

Already stated last update he's hiring VAs but they'll be busy for at least 3 months (he'll do sub events during this time). Also going for AI dubbing would kill his reputation, years of developing only to go cheap on dubbing is stupid move. If anything the VAs gonna be the popular ones in the industry.
Also in case you didn't know, Japan animation usually animates typical lip movement which can work for any language dubbing instead of Western dubbing where lip sync is perfect. Mostly to the fact they animate first then dub later, there are exceptions, but it's rare.

I have no idea where this notion that he will “go back and update old scenes” even came from, but it sounds like only something few people want and is entirely your own speculation, literally no evidence this would ever happen.

He’s already announced before that he would hire VAs and I assume commission them and start dubbing after the rest of the sub events are done.

I don’t understand it, because the old scenes are fine as they are. There’s no need to go back and “update” them just because they’re not as pretty as the recent ones.
