Bit off topic but if you could make a sequel to one of Takeda Hiromitsu's previous doujinshi, which would you pick? Personally, I'd make a Ajisai No Chiru Koro Ni 2.

The Tsundero chapter where the girl tries to shut down an otaku club at her school but gets blackmailed into sex with the three of them. She gets really into it and joins them in the end. I actually hope that they end up in a wholesome foursome relationship years after.

Missed opportunities, that's what.

Jokes aside, the blueprints are really small, and even those you might recognize are placed differently than they are now.
You may even notice some of them have multiple girls in them, but he never made them.
The texts might help understand the general layout of the event,but TH has been all over the place for this one.
I wish he would at least made more scenes with multiple girls in them for the sub-events, or maybe a short doujinshi story sometime after the game is finished.

As i said:
TH had planned for certain scenes and events in the beginning, but he skipped some of them (36, 38 and 40), so he is almost finished with the main events and not returning to his missed ones.
Meaning, no, he won't, but there are still sub-events left, though we don't know how many.

If lucky for this year, yes.
My guess? Likely next year.
Give and take whenever how many he will make, and if some more side projects will be made in between.
While he did say recently that he would focus on the main game, he can get a little sidetracked.

What is sub event though?

Side Events.
They are meant to be scenes that happened off-screen/outside of the main story.
Unlike the main story, sub events doesn't progress the story at all (like side missions in video games), and they are unlocked in specific parts of the story, and must be found by Kurt during his arrest/20 day contract period.
SREV01 and SAEV01 are such side events.
If you still don't get it, then just play the game, though only SREV01 can be watched in the (uptodate) trial versions.

The same dev is making a new game and already shared a trial version, tbh that game is their best work, the other ones don't have a good translation or are really bad in general

Yeah I've start playing the trial version of the new game, but i'm not fond of battles in porn RPGM games, so i'm not sure I'll like it. I'm glad there is not many in BBPNTR.
