Mac user using Whisky and Wine Stable here.
I keep getting black screen or the game doesn't work at all. Tried pretty much everything (change system locale, changing a lot of others options, installing libraries, sending log to chatgpt to get help).
Best thing that I've got is a black screen using Kegworks Winery...
Is there any particular thing for this game that I'm missing?

next time don't buy a mac
This is the best advice i can give you if you are going to use your computer to play games and even less if you are going to play Japanese games that are not supported

In general I've no problems with Whisky and I'm satisfied. Sometimes, just sometimes, some games don't want to work

In general terms the game is translated but there are many scenes with single lines or several single lines without translating
