hello, i wonder how you can do the translation, i mean are there any file that can be edited with some specific software ??

Mostly people use Translator++ it requires some manual work but within 10mins you can have an ok translation we can use.

How is the translation quality ?

Also, if there is a translation, why doesn't this game have its own game thread ?

Unless its a extensively good translation by pro translators in the forum or official translation is released there normally won't be a game thread, since these are just MTL provided by fellow users.
