btw I think Kagura is gonna release the game soon. They drop a trailer on steam with English text on the game.

Are you playing with the auto-translate tool/machine? If so, it is caching up in your RAM and it is the cause of lag. You will experience lag shortly after the going in and out of a dialogue for too many time.
It was there way before they posted it on their own website. The release date is still TBA so it is most likely this year's end or mid-year.
As far as I know the game doesn't allow you to change clothing anyway unlike their previous game, Rune Pharmachy. The game will dictate automatically what clothing your MC wears based on triggers.
