Let me know if this make sense but try following below, start with 0 and keep on holding always, as soon as you unlock something, select it, then go to the second option and keep on holding until you hit step 8, then at that point the yellow bar is like 65% of the way, stop holding and start spam clicking until yellow hit like 95% and just stop, and the pink should fill by itself. I do have all skill unlocked as well.
