Disclaimer: I don't know japanese and my english isn't even that good. The game contains a range of speaking manners, all of which might or might not have been lost in the translation. Some not so important texts baked into images left untranslated. The game's text field isn't big enough to properly fit long ass texts, so in some places I've had to shorten the text. And I translated this game in batches with breaks over a long time, so… there can be some inconsistencies.

The archive have "translation" folder where you can find the minimum set of files and tools required to upgrade the translation or even make your own. It have a short readme file that explains the stuff.
Also, not all the image files were translated. Only the important ones. You can translated them too.
If you want or can improve the translation… DO IT. Every time you decide not to do it you make Sitri a little bit sad.
