I'm currently working on a translation for the game.
The link to the partial translation patch is pretty old and I've made decent progress since then.
I'm probably around 75% done the entire thing. It's a heavily edited machine translation.
I also did the translation for Rio: The cursed village if you want an idea of how it will turn out.
Somebody else has already uploaded it to this site as well.

I checked and that's an old version of the my translation they uploaded.
A lot of it is still untouched machine translation so it's pretty shitty.

In the waiting room a few minutes into the game, just interact with the item on the top right and it lets you save.
