Part 2 is missing from that site, it wont extract properly

The game must of come out just recently then. Velka has a thing for some reason where they don't upload part of the game for a few days and then the links update later. Idk why they do that but they always seem to.

Apparently this game got updates the same day of release, progress gets stopped at some point due to the bug.
Hope these downloads are the updated version.

Also if you guys want a quick and dirty translation you could use Translator++ and use Red Google as the translator. It produces decent results.
