Understand the feeling mtsPR, the puzzles in this game are quite challenging.

I figured out the code, the "Manko" number that they are referring to in the guide to enter to get to Floor 21? After you beat level 20, and went to the 18th floor using the ID card on the door, you need to enter a code in the console. You can find it by see how many time H attack has been done to Koromo. See the attached image.

Nvm, you just had to go to the bottom part of the manhole to interact with it properly. Feels like I lost a few braincells but all good

It took an eternity for me as well until I noticed that the enemies won't go into the 3x3 rectangle around the manhole, which usually hints that there is an interactable field there.The fact that there are constantly spawning enemies following you around just doesn't leave you enough time to think or look around...
