Ok, so I can't decrypt this because I can't find a working decrypter or the rgssa3 file. Is there a way to find a translated version that doesn't require me to do all this crap?

to add to this, i took my current save at this point and loaded it onto an untranslated japanese version of the game and it works just fine. i then saved the game past the part where it crashes and took that file and loaded into the patched english translated version and it loads up fine with no crash

at this point im thinking: "awesome, i can progress now" only to go to the next area, trigger a cutscene and get the same error again. it seems to happen whenever the game transitions from cutscene to gameplay and vice versa

hopefully this is helpful for 12asdasdasd34 or someone else that knows how to be able to fix it

I'm not sure where the problem came from but i fixed it by duplicating monster 2.png and just renaming it monster 2-1.png it's possible that this caused one of the sprites to be wrong but it looks correct.

Youre awesome! That seemed to have done the trick. If there are any visual errors, im not noticing it so i think this is a good workaround if not a proper solution

welp, i beat the game and got the true end and opened the recollection room

however it seems there is DLC but i dont think the version of the game im playing has it and every time i try to access it the game crashes because the game is trying to pull up a character portrait that doesnt exist it seems. Getting around that by just copying an existing file and renaming it to the missing file doesnt work long term as i inevitably will get to another file that is missing so it seems the version im playing doesnt have the DLC present unfortunately

Story of these games are a parody of warhamster 40k

The translation of 12asdasdasd34 is great, but it makes names of enemies disapear so you don't know which is which when there's multiple of the same type

I've been playing Cradle Epic - Ancient Relic with MTool, the translation is understandable to some degree. What i don't get is the traps. They work similar like the resist scenes in this game, however i can't find a way to get out, did anyone manage to beat them?

Edit: Got it, in Ancient Relic the yellow HP bar is not your own but the traps. So you win if you get it to 0.
