I didn't have issues but I'll check. Do you have a save file? Or at least when it happens.

Check if you have that file in Graphics\Title1, it should be the only one there. I've attached it to this post but it's strange that it's missing for you, I've redownloaded it from mega just to make sure and it's there.
You can try running with japanese locale, that fixes most bugs usually.
