Just use Mtool guys, the translation is good enough to play and understand the plot from start to finish, I would say the game is like 30 minutes-1 hour long to max the girl stats and unlock all the achievements.

The problem is that these games relied on flavour text as well and we cant expect a machine to do that on top of a translation, is just not translating things literally as is written. Thats why localization is a thing regardless of how bad of a reputation has today.
