Here's a DeepL/Google Hybrid MTL for v1.0 including scripts.

Installation:
To extract and play the game you might need to set your system locale to Japanese(Japan) or use another locale method.
Before you can apply the MTL you need to extract and then move or delete the "Game.rgss3a".
You can do this using the rpgmaker "All Decrypter". I will add a version as attachment.
Just run the "RPG Maker Decrypter.exe" and choose the "Game.rgss3a". Then move the newly created folders from the "Extract" folder to your game folder and then move or delete the "Game.rgss3a".
Start the game once to confirm this step worked correctly before merging my MTL into it.

If you experience a crash, game-breaking bug or seriously broken text please post me a screenshot and a short description when it happened. Providing a save just before the problem occurs would drastically increase the speed of the fixing process.
Wow, that was quick. Thank you so much; I can't tell you how many years I've waited to play this translated.

The hybrid translation is actually pretty good; unfortunately there are a few things poorly translated in the swimming pool scene which is preventing me from applying the salt correctly. My text-hooker program I was using years ago also had problems with it and I could never figure out what to do to progress in the game. Does anyone know what to do there?

Start from
North-South-West-East. Sprinkle the salt in that order from the diving boards.

If you screen me the scene text, or give me a save just before it, I'll try to manually improve the translation, so others wont have that problem.
I didn't actually play the game so I'm not entirely sure what swimming pool scene we are talking about.

It's more complicated than usual. You can only save at fixed locations, so you have to travel up, left, over and down to continue to the exit marked with green floor tiles. Going outside takes you directly to the pool and you can't leave until you succeed. The missions to defeat school demons is done in order; I defeated a demon in the kitchen to get salt which has to be placed in the pool at specific locations. There are hints given at the top of the screen but they didn't help. A note in the locker says "Huh-nan-zaytou." which I guess is anglocized Japanese. At the sink to the right if you activate the top two faucets she says the water forms a letter but the next text box is empty so I think it was forming a Japanese letter the translator couldn't make into a word.
I just saw a post from purplydurp giving the solution: north-south-west-east for salt placement, but if you could help make sense of the hints it will probably help future players. Thanks for all you've done so far.

The 2 original notes are:
ホクナンザイトウ
and
ジュンニヨンポウ
currently in the process of trying to make that make sense in English with a weeb friend of mine. :KEK:
If i have any reasonable result I'll update the MTL. Really is some odd stuff though.

Edit: I just added the solution now split on the two notes in DMTL1.1. You still need to find both notes (even though the solution is actually on only one of them originally) so I guess it's still somewhat of a "puzzle".
I really have no idea how on earth to write that in English as far as I can tell it's some purposely corrupted slang stuff.

Edit2: Basically whats actually on the solution note is in broken/wrong moonrunes (quoteing my professional weeb):

ザイトウ (Zaito) could be a corrupted version of the word
サイド (Saido)
North America - きたアメリカ (kita america) or ほくべい (hoku bei)
South America - みなみアメリカ (minami amerika) or なんべい (nan bei)
so Hokunanzaito could really just be
Hoku (north)
Nan (south)
Zaito (side)
but as a fucked up riddle

So they made it difficult for Japanese speakers and impossible for non-Japanese speakers. Man, you really dug into it to figure that out; thanks.
