Playable with MTool but still pretty sloppy translation and formatting overall. I'd try and get an MTL out myself but I really don't have any idea where to begin with WOLFRPGs.

MTool creates a separate folder and save file format(for all WOLFRPGs I think) that I'm pretty sure can't be used for the base game. At least I can't get it to work. I know once you beat the game you end up in the gallery and you can start again to try to unlock other CGs but I can't remember if there is a full unlock option or not There is a full unlock option.

Edit: Attached a full gallery save (specifically for MTool!) It will not be recognized by base game. If you use MTool it will generate a folder called Save_MTool which is where this goes.
