i just installed winrar in japanese and still didnt work. tried also both with and without japanese locale. i think it is just that Z audio file. if somebody can take screenshot of the directory and filenames maybe that could help

I finally fixed it
when u got that error message, just hit ctrl+c
it would copy these-> ｚ
That character it is not a Z letter. Just take the odd name mp3 in Audio\Se and rename it to ｚ.mp3 and it will work

Found solution for anyone having issues playing it
Change system locale to Japanese>Restart>unzip the file>change locale back>use Locale Emulator in Japanese on program.

Did I miss an upload link somewhere? Ya'll talk about errors and what to do but I cant even find it.
i use "Bandizip" for unpack. open, japanese language (globe icon) and unzip
"locale emulator" for play
for translate, i use this
got some error with that game but +1
