yes, content was missing, it has gone up from 3.6 gb to 7 gb

You need to do the quests related to them. As you progress, I'd advise double checking all guilds. Because they get new quests after certain points of the story or enough time (not sure). There should be like 3 quests for each.
When you get the quest you need to complete it properly, not lose.

They already addressed this and currently are working on it.

Sieg is dead no matter what, you need to do the quests of the other four. Point of no return is when you go into Lobelia's castle to attend the ball and meet the king (the quests you have to do for true ending disappear beyond this).
