Hopfully they finish adding voices soon. This version fixes more of them but some are still missing. Which is kind of crazy, since we're basicly a month past launch now.

Is this game even close to being "complete"? By that I mean I'm seeing these updates are adding a lot of voices and such and I was wondering how close the game is to having everything it was "supposed to" at launch.

Yeah the games mostly complete. All the quests work. i think all the story cutscenes that are meant to be voiced are voiced. And there's no real issues as you go for any of the endings.

Mostly the remaining problems are just a few h-scenes have slight errors in their shown CG. And a few scenes are missing voice(I believe its mostly only some girl on girl scenes now where one female character is unvoiced still).

I remember that initial version had animated pixel-art scenes are final progression step for events (at least those that worked...), same as their previous game. Those are still missing in 1.16.

the guy who was making them died, which was the reason production on the game also got delayed. I wouldnt be surprised if they are never added

その人でなければ制作できない部分が多い為、ゲームの仕様の一部が変更になります。

こちらも重ねて大変申し訳ありません。

※ですが、現状まで制作して頂いた部分はどこかで完成まで制作し、ブログなどで公開できるようにさせていただきます。

Also, as a point of information,
We have had the misfortune to lose one of our dedicated members of our circle,
He is a core member of our circle,
Because there are many parts of the game that can only be produced by that person, some of the game's specifications will be changed.

for some reason the twins third quest is not appearing for is there prerequisite beside doing the 1st & 2nd quest

You may have forgotten that MEGA has a download size limit (4GB), and the game so far exceeds that size

Yeah, that's sad but this content was already in the initial release and they removed it while "fixing" the game.
Also, death of somebody on the team doesn't mean production has to stop completely (delays are completely understandable). It's pixel art animation - they can find or commission somebody to finish it. People die and get replaced at their jobs all the time, it's a natural order.

Oh i didnt know it was just straight up removed. Idk what could have caused that cause they arent in the gallery either
