One night, Ruji tells his mother that

Emelia was hesitant, but ended up listening to his demands,
and begins having sex with men that Ruji chooses but...

Little by little, Emelia's demeanor began to change...

There's been translation requests before, but they all seem to have been deleted. The game isn't allowed and it probably got posted, if you check that rejected game request there's a translation patch of some kind on ULMF.

Again the game was banned, the translation request threads with links were removed. A translation patch can be found above, but you will have to hunt down the game itself on your own.

That might be easier with the Japanese name or RJ code, エミリアの宿屋 ～ルージの母親 ネトラセ日誌～ or RJ248671.

There is a translation and not a basic crappy MTL. The rejected game request linked above has a link to the ULMF page, and that old translation request has it too. But again the game was banned here and threads with it were removed.
