The patching is very easy. After you extract the downloaded file there's a zip file called translation. Just unzip the contents into the game folder overwriting the original files and that's it. Couldn't be simpler.
Could anybody who played the game help me with an issue? I progressed through the game until I found a door knob from the parent's bedroom, but when I enter their bedroom there is nothing I can interact with, no circle, no arrow, no icon, nothing. I tried to go to all other rooms but there also aren't any icons I could activate. Any help would be appreciated!

Were you ever able to get past the door knob part? I am stuck on the last h scene, my game is bugged so after the h scene ends the game just goes to black screen forever. Do you have a full save?

I think there is no escape. When you get caught, the sister constantly repeats that you can't escape. In the tit job scene, after the blow job scene, she says that the key is unavailable (Or smt, can't remember) and then proceeds to tell the mc that she found his porn stash under his bed.

Sorry man, I deleted it after I was done cause I was disappointed by it. Plus similar to you, I got stuck with a black screen at the semi-end, after tit job scene. So I missed out 2 gallery image.
