The first one you just go full corrupt mode. The other ones you unlock by trying to escape. In the room where you have sex with the workers or whatever there are some that are special (They are the one's that are consistent between runs). One of them has blue hair and is near the bottom right. Another one is red with black hair i think who is just above the blue guy. Another one is a scientist looking guy near the middle who only appears on your second time going in. Another one is at the top left room (with the beds) and he is in brown on the right side of that room. Another is the black dude at the bottom left. Basically you want to talk to only those people during the service time and they will give you special items that you use to escape. (you can escape through trucks, underground passage, helicopter, or bomb). That's the gist anyway.

weird...For ending 4 I took the drug on the round just before it locks you into the other ending and I got ending 3 when I escaped. Any more specific details?
