Are there any events not in the recollection room? I.e, is it worth playing through the whole game? For example, there's a bit about getting more ass-play in an alley, but I can't find the event.

If nothing else it's worth playing through the game for the story but I guess you'll enjoy it much better if you wait for a thorough translation first.
To my knowledge all the events (defeat and the ones that come automatically) should be in the recollection room; I breezed through the game so I don't really remember any alleyway action. Would you mind telling where you found out about that event (and what the girl looked like)?

(There's a notepad file called translated.txt which is the hints in Japanese I translated using DeepL so you can use that if you're stuck) I think you get that one in that scene before the pyramid
