no. SO it only works with locale emulator? downloaded the file from the mega link you provided. so i have to open that with locale emulator right?

Japanese games sometimes need Japanese locale, and this is a Japanese KiriKiri engine game which needs it more often than not. Almost all of the time Locale Emulator or NTLEA will work instead of actually switching.

Yes, you have to download locate emulator from github then select Run in japanese Admin and works. The only problem is that when you put in automatic some voice lines are skipped, but the rest is good.
