While you wait for the translation you can get a basic MTL for most Unity games pretty easily. Just install , or BepInEx with its translator plugin and they will auto translate (text not but images) as you play.

This version includes the UI which has been completely translated (with some small exceptions).
It is possible that some items are not yet displayed correctly, these will be corrected in the next update.

The "Help" section is not yet translated, will either be in the next update or at the very end.

Also 2 events from Tiese are still missing, these will be added in the next update.

The next update will also include all Alto-events.
