I've been informed that the unstable branch of UndertaleModTool is now tentatively capable of at least loading the game data. It looks like it's still a bit buggy on this game's version of GameMaker, but I may be able to get a translation working with it regardless. The tricky bit is going to be seeing if I can reprogram the text bubbles in the handjob sections to accommodate english text.

Ok, I'd spent some time trying to get text alignment to work right, but the version of UndertaleModTool I've been had been kind of unstable with this game, and changes were prone to crashing for me.
They've recently released version 6.0, which may be more stable for working on this game, so I'd encourage anyone interested to check that out. Unfortunately I'm going to be preoccupied with other projects for the foreseeable future, so wont have time to work on this. Sorry to disappoint.
