"kasoru8.rpgmvo" (The encrypted version of "kasoru8.ogg") is a normal file that should exist in your game folder.
It should be in "www" "audio" "se".
I can only guess that you are either not using the correct v1.10, or your files are damaged.

Well, re-download the game so you have the proper files.
And just to hammer that point home, the translation is for v1.10, not v1.01.
The mega link from this thread is not the correct version.

Honestly not sure.
It was sent to me directly 4 months ago for the purpose of making that translation.
I guess if you didn't buy it, and you can't find it otherwise, you'll have to wait for someone to share it here.
Considering how dead this thread is, I might consider making a Game-Release thread in the future with full downloads (Since a proper translation seems very unlikely), but I would want to revisit and further polish it first, and I really don't have the time right now.
