Hey i downloaded it but when i launch it it gives me a error message of - ???????????? & a' symbol - do i need something to make is able to run or is the downloadable file corrupted somehow ?

You need to set the locale of your PC to japanese or use a LocaleEmulator and set it to japanese, both things should be pretty easy to do.

Ok i changed the locale to Japenes but it keeps giving me a error message in Japenese (which seems to have Translated to ) -

exeptions occured in the skript , ansi string cannot be converted to unicode string it contains characters that cannot be interpeted on the current code page , chick if correct data is specified . the date may be damaged
