There was a partial on ulmf, but that was ages ago and the links are dead so I can only assume its lost to history. I have the JP version but no idea how to upload it.
Honestly just a partial translation would be fine like the menus and the quest names

The game is tiny, even if you find Mediafire slow for some reason it shouldn't take to long. I don't use MEGA sorry.

You need Japanese Locale to run it, I use

. For extracting Japanese games I use Bandizip and I think WinRAR can do it too. That error is from not running the game with the locale though.
