How do you found the swimsuit set?

You have to craft it. Go into the crafting menu and use the >> and << to swap between different categories (and not as one might think, to the first or last page! ). Somewhere in there there's the swimsuit.

With the metal piece you have to craft in the menu. I forgot who you ask but after a while you can craft 2 pieces which you can sell to guy to earn enough money.
