Because the dev resized the original high-res images inside the engine, instead of resizing them outside the engine like most do. I managed to reduce the size from 6GB to 2.25GB without quality loss of course. I have no idea why they did that, most developers on DLsite don't care about size and optimizations. I guess it's because of the plugins they used to make a shake effect, but I managed to reduce the size regardless and it doesn't affect anything else, but the size.
