Even though the publisher said the English translation is being worked on, but I think they dropped that since the last news about it was about 2-3 years ago.
This is my first post, sorry if I messed up something.
Edit: It seems like the Steam version lacks some contents that the DLSite version has

I am Spanish-speaker, the full +18 version is completely in Japanese, I already have the complete game but I'm still looking for a way to translate it once I find a way I will try to do it in English to make my work easier

We need more eroge with a WWII settings!!! (Dlsite have way to many slice of life settings, or some kind of sword and sorcery settings, and some horror settings too, but barely any War settings in the 20th century. I wish more creators invest in this niche settings.)
