Short answer: Pretty much nothing
Long answer: I think you can kind of submit a request for mods to put it up again, don't know how to so don't ask, but even if you did submit a request of sorts, they would have the final say in getting the thread up or not, and to be honest, considering what the game is about, it's more than likely not gonna work.
I might even be wrong about being able to put up a request so I wouldn't bother if I were you, good luck anyway

You have to boot the game with the original files first. When it's completely loaded, copy and paste the TL folder information in the original folder with the game still on. It's recommended to make a copy and paste of the entire game folder and play on copy version because you're going to need the original files whenever you're trying to boot the game back up.
However, it's not a full translation it's MTL and the hentai scenes aren't even translated from what I played.
