Quickest way I got to below 50 was just to stack as many goblins on a harassment. You'll lose 1 point per enemy orgasm. I think the max was 3 so I kinda just let it auto for a few minutes from there.
For anyone having trouble running game, japanese locale isn't needed. You just need to make sure that when you are extracting game archives to switch name encoding to "932-japanese shift" in your archive extracting program(winrar, winzip,...). Whenever there is japanese in zip, rar,... you should do this so you dont get gibberish.
How to get lower than 50? I tried to be raped by the bandits and goblins, but still couldn't get lower than 50..And, no signs of pregnancy as well.

It's a game. But, have no idea how to make the MC pregnant..will need some help here..from some comments here, it seems that we need to lower the mentality point to less than 50 but no matter how much i tried, I couldn't do it..it got stagnant at 50..I couldn't go lower than 50 to be precise..
