Played through it. Was actually pretty disappointed - it's mostly bestiality and insectuality (that's a word right?), and not that much straight up bondage. If that's your cup of tea though, then yeah. Also, though there's battle restraint, each girl uses the same set of poses regardless of enemy, which makes the game much less dynamic and sexy than something like Mira Co. or Moral Sword of Asagi. The game also teases you by making you think there's more playable characters than there actually are.
As far as the gameplay goes, it's subpar to bad. Enemies have too much HP and hardly anyone can do decent damage (that includes playable characters and enemies both). On top of that, there's often 4+ enemies in the fights, so they can drag on forever. That being said, grinding isn't required and the game is quite easy. Not to mention short.
Tip: Don't let the leech go up your ass or you'll regret it.
